Letsos Company is in need of a Chief Estimator/Manager
Candidate must have at least 10 years of Estimating Experience working with a Mechanical Contractor. Most of the work will be HVAC but knowledge of Plumbing is a plus, not a requirement. Candidate must have Commercial, Institutional, Hospital and Lab Experience. (New Construction and Retrofit)
The Candidate must have good computer estimating experience. The Pipe and Duct Quantitative takeoffs are not done by our Estimators but by our Takeoff Departments and given to the Estimators.
Letsos Estimators must read specs in detail assemble, Estimates, interface with General Contractors, purchase and write major purchase orders and subcontracts and turnover projects in a meeting to our Project Management Department.
Attention to detail is a must.
Candidate must possess Senior Estimator skills and willing to work as a Letsos Senior Estimator for a period of time to learn the Letsos Company Estimating procedures and estimate sheets.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate Management skills and people skills to manage a six (6) person Estimating Department.

HVAC Project Manager

Letsos Company currently has a need for a Senior HVAC Project Manager, minimum of 8 – 10 years experience with a mechanical contractor. He must have commercial, institutional and hospital mechanical experience. The candidate will be responsible for total management of a project after estimating, and buyout. This includes management of subcontractors; correspondence with, general contractors, engineers, architects; preparation of construction schedule and evaluating progress; (percentage complete of all trades) analyzing submittals, expediting equipment, monthly billings; monitoring job costs, tracking change orders, oversight of piping ,plumbing, and sheetmetal supervisors, etc.
Experience with mechanical contracts in the $2,000,000 - $10,000,000 range or larger. Plumbing PM experience is a plus.
The candidate must have computer experience. PM must understand the different types of HVAC Systems, especially chilled water systems and components. A working knowledge of Piping and Sheetmetal is required.

CAD Detailer

We are currently in need of HVAC/Piping Detailer. Responsibilities in this position will be to take contract drawings, specifications and HVAC Equipment submittals and detail the drawings into a 3D format. Co-ordinate and dimensioning all piping and routing, coordinating with the structure and all other systems (sheetmetal, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, etc.) Ability to read structural drawings is required. A minimum of 4 years of recent experience using AutoCAD 2007 or higher 3D duct design.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Knowledge of 3D AutoCAD
2.) Knowledge and experience of HVAC/Piping (Plumbing Piping a plus)
3.) Minimum of 4 years of detailing HVAC/Piping (Plumbing systems a plus)
4.) Experience with isometric fabrication drawings
5.) Experience detailing central plants, commercial bldgs. hospital and institutional projects, steam systems

HVAC Piping Takeoff Position/Quickpen

Letsos Company currently has need for an HVAC Quickpen Piping Takeoff Estimator with at least 10 years experience with a mechanical contractor. Quickpen experience is required or willing to go to classes. Piping takeoffs are then given to HVAC Estimators. Field pipefitting or detailing experience is required.
Candidate must have commercial, industrial, hospital and lab experience (new construction and retrofit). Must have good computer skills.
