We are current members in GSA, TxMas, Choice Partners and Prime vendors. These programs have already negotiated your pricing and terms with us, which allow you to expedite purchasing materials or services while still following the purchasing guidelines mandated by your organization. Allow Letsos Company to utilize our pre-established pricing contracts and expedite your repairs and maintenance.

U.S. General Service Administrator (GSA)

GSA’s Public Building Service provides a variety of facilities management services to more than one million federal workers. Its facility service programs goal is to provide sustainable world-class facilities and services. The Public Buildings Service (PBS) manages 354 million rent-able square feet in 8,603 buildings in all 50 states, 6 U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. GSA’s portfolio is comprised of GSA owned properties and private sector leased properties. GSA manages a variety of facility types including office buildings, courthouses, land ports of entry, and warehouses. We currently provide service under contract #GS-21F-0100Y for Schedule Title: 03FAC, Facilities maintenance and Management.

Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS)

TxMas-13-03FAC0180: State of Texas CO-OP Purchasing – Created by legislation in 1979, the Texas Procurement and Support Services Cooperative Purchasing Program (State of Texas CO-OP) provides the State of Texas volume purchasing power to local governments and assistance organizations. Members can purchase goods and services from state term contracts, TXMAS contracts, and piggyback contracts. Using these services through the State of Texas CO-OP will meet your competitive bidding requirements.

Prime Vendor is the nation's largest and most comprehensive Government contracts monitoring service. We expand your sales opportunities with product-specific bid deliveries from over 200,000 federal, state, city and county purchasing agencies, including 36,500 school districts, colleges, and universities throughout the United States.
